Six years ago we were contemplating a move or reno and, since we loved our neighbourhood, we decided to stay where we were and build our dream house here. Kurt and Rudi were consulted regarding the feasibility of what we wanted to do. Along with their architect, Monica, they were very helpful in planning out the project. Within about a month and a half of the original consultation, the plans were drawn up, the permits acquired and the job begun. We were given a budget and a time frame for each stage after which we were consulted to make sure all was as planned.

We really appreciated Kurt and Rudi's hands -on approach as they were at our project every day and progress was assured. Their sub trades were top class and their own skills,expertise and experience were very apparent. They are excellent managers and coordinated the trades so there was no waiting on the next part of the operation.

We loved their communication skills. We were in touch nearly every day and they made our satisfaction with the job a top priority. Many a coffee time was spent discussing details and what the next step would be. There were no surprises!

The quality of the finished project is absolutely first class. We couldn't be happier; it turned out even more beautiful than we dreamed. We were told to expect a 6 month process to build. They started on the 1st of November and we moved in on the 1st of May; right on time and right on budget. They have also returned periodically to check on the house, see how we like it and ask if any problems have come up.

Kurt and Rudi greatly impressed us and we would highly recommend Boldt Brothers Construction. We now consider them not only our contractors but our very good friends.
