Boldt Brother Construction focuses on quality and workmanship. We have been building homes in the Calgary area since 1980, now specializing in inner-city and acreage homes. We also do major renovations and rebuilds. As members of the Alberta New Home Warranty Program for the past 25 years we are proud to be the recipients of their Golden Hammer Award, Platinum Award of Distinction and Annual Service Awards.
Kurt and Rudi Boldt are second generation builders learning their building and management skills from their father. He too was a builder in Calgary and the boys grew up working along side him, as early as 5 years old. We are carpenters by trade specializing in finishing carpentry, but our expertise goes much broader than that. We have personal experience in building a house from the ground up, previously working in the area of cribbing and framing. We believe in being hands on and are a part of every step of the building process, doing much of the work ourselves. Over the past 10 – 15 years we have built strong relationships with our suppliers and trades allowing us to insure quality, best pricing, and a timely process.
We will work with our customers from conception, working through the design and necessary permit processes, onto the construction phase, and finally to completion.
We are proud of the homes we build and have a long list of happy home owners including one of the Calgary Flames. We attribute our success to our dedicated involvement in every home we build.
